As safety is our primary concern at Phantom jets, we only work with aircraft that are certified by the Federal Aviation Administration and approved by Wyvern. We also guarantee that every aircraft is in compliance with Part 135, the most stringent FAA classification for private aviation which is the operating standard at which aircraft safety, regulations, maintenance, and pilot licensure are insured.

In Addition to the Federal Aviation Administration we carry out our own inspections to audit the history and maintenance of the carriers. Our goal is to ensure the safety and security of all our valued clientele along with an impeccable service.

Phantom Jets serves as an agent in obtaining air charter services for our customers. We select carriers that are certified by the Federal Aviation Administration and registered with the U.S. Department of Transportation. Phantom Jets does not own or operate the aircraft on which our customer's fly. Phantom Jets is not a direct or indirect air carrier. All flights arranged by Phantom Jets are operated by Part 135 Certified Air Carriers.
